So, I read 24 cognitive science studies (while almost falling asleep twice) to clarify 5 no BS, science-based methods to become effortlessly creative.

This week, try to adjust your creative routine to your mood. If you feel awesome – create. But if you don't – focus on less engaging tasks, like accounting or analyzing social media metrics.

Let me be honest with you, Reader, I have one major regret about my creator journey. Something I didn't do despite everyone telling me it's going to bite me in the ass later on.
